Royal Biologics develops advanced musculoskeletal and regenerative-cellular therapies for orthopedic care. We refreshed their logo and rebuilt a clean, sales-driven website to position them as clinical innovators for surgeons and distributor partners. The goal was to create a modern and dynamic website for Royal Biologics, positioning them as leaders in healthcare innovation while ensuring the design resonated with surgeons and distributor partners

Problem Statement

Their old site didn’t reflect clinical leadership or convert surgeon interest into inquiries. Content was scattered and product discoverability was weak—so we were asked to create a modern, trust-building, conversion-focused site.
Audience & Marketspace 
Two audiences: clinical decision-makers (surgeons, hospitals) who need evidence and specs, and distributors who need commercial and logistical clarity. We balanced clinical credibility with partner-focused messaging for both paths.
Research & Content Strategy
We audited existing content and competitors, kept clinical language intact, and reorganized information for faster discovery. A mission video was prioritized on the homepage to humanize the brand and build trust.
Solution
Delivered a clean, clinical design, individual SEO-friendly product pages, gated clinical resources, and a dual-path navigation for Clinical vs. Commercial audiences—built on a responsive WordPress platform.
