Problem Statement
While Orkin excels in service and reputation, their internal and external communications needed consistency and modern polish. Presentations and social media lacked visual cohesion and didn’t fully reflect their scientific authority and customer trust.

Operating in the residential and commercial pest control industry, Orkin competes on expertise, service reliability, and public education. Messaging must balance legacy, authority, and approachability across various platforms and stakeholder groups.
Audience
Our design had to serve multiple audiences—from internal sales teams (technicians, corporate leadership) to external partners and customers—ensuring clarity, trust, and consistency across pitch decks, social posts, and digital templates.
Research & Findings
User research showed buyers wanted quick discovery, transparent pricing, and reliable delivery; creators wanted fair exposure, flexible monetization (assets + services), and easy account management. Those findings shaped the marketplace taxonomy, search, and buyer/creator flows.

Noetic Brands developed a comprehensive presentation system with cohesive typography, iconography, layouts, and brand voice. We also designed social media templates, digital banners, and collateral that reflect Orkin’s scientific rigor, guarantees, and heritage.
