Checkin Pax was designed with high-end event planners in mind, requiring a sleek and minimal event tech branding solution with a focus on efficient check-in workflows. Noetic Brands delivered a full identity system plus a sales-ready landing page and MVP app designs (iPad check-in + desktop admin) to help event planners onboard guests faster and more elegantly.
Problem Statement
Event teams needed a fast, reliable check-in experience that also respected the refined look of luxury clients. Existing solutions were clunky, brand-inconsistent, or too “techy” for premium events. The brief: create a neutral, elegant brand and an intuitive PWA-style workflow focused on speed and usability.

We designed a neutral, sophisticated logo family and a concise brand guide that allows future product extensions (e.g., Invitations Pro, RSVP Pro). The palette and typography stay understated so Checkin Pax sits seamlessly at any upscale event while remaining distinctly recognizable.
Product & UX (Landing Page & App)
Delivered a fast, slick WordPress landing page template plus Figma prototypes: iPad-first check-in screens modeled for quick guest search/edit and desktop admin panels inspired by Todoist’s list UX. Single-sign-on PWA flow lets users switch between check-in and event setup smoothly.
