Best Workplaces empowers organizations to create engaged, flourishing workplace cultures through research-driven employee surveys, benchmarking, and leadership coaching. Best Workplaces required a refreshed employee engagement brand identity that appeals to next-gen leaders while elevating their consulting presence.

Problem Statement

The organization had market-leading research and outcomes but an outdated brand that undermined credibility with Millennial and Gen Z leaders. The brief: modernize the identity to reflect rigor, trust, and momentum—while remaining accessible to faith-based organizations
Audience & Marketspace 
Primary audiences include nonprofit executives, HR leaders, and ministry directors seeking validated employee engagement tools. Competitors include Gallup and Great Places to Work; the brand needed to stand out in the crowded workplace-consulting space while retaining faith-aligned positioning.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
We positioned Best Workplaces as a research-first certification authority—serious about data, generous in support. The visual language balances academic credibility and contemporary warmth to appeal to both institutional leaders and emerging younger decision-makers.
Logo & Identity System
We created a versatile logo lockup and identity system that emphasizes “Workplaces” as the core offering. The mark reads confidently in digital and print, works well on badges and banners, and scales from social avatars to large certification seals.
Brand Guidelines & Collateral
Delivered a practical brand guide including color palette, typography, voice, and usage rules. Collateral included proposal templates, banners, certification badges, and stationery to ensure consistent application across fundraising, partner outreach, and events.
Sales & Outreach Toolkit (Pitch Deck + Docs)
We produced a concise pitch deck and proposal templates that translate survey data into compelling narratives and clear next steps for prospective partners—designed for boardrooms, donor meetings, and digital outreach.
